Wine Picos do Couto Grande Escolha Red 2016 75cl Region: Tabua, Dão, Portugal Alcohol content: 15.5% Grape varieties: Touriga-Nacional (60%), Tinta-Roriz (10%) and Jaen (30%) Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC Tasting notes: Ruby red color. On the nose it presents a complex and earthy fragrance with notes of orange blossom and black fruit. On the palate it is a full-bodied, concentrated and opulent wine, with hints of ripe and dried fruit, balsamic notes such as red plums and blackberries. Storage and serving advice: Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C. Food pairing: Red meats, game, cured meats and soft cheeses.
