Not that I’m a huge fan of Dr. Oz, but I do agree with his thoughts on keeping ingredient lists low! I actually use this bar as a shampoo and body bar, even though it’s sold as a body bar. I love it so far. I love the scent and the fact that it seems to last a little longer than the other regular shampoo bars. I’m a simple kind of gal, so it appeals to me to have a less-than-5 ingredient, simple kind of soap. I really love the way it lathers – so creamy and rich! And I finally feel like I don’t have to use an acid rinse every single time I shampoo. I also have ditched my conditioner – I learned that even though it might tangle while soaping up, if I just let it dry, the tangles come out easily when it’s dry. Did I mention this bar smells heavenly? It’s a little bit of luxury in my shower. Awesome!
