Pour boiling water over a heaping spoonful of the herbs, steep at least 20 minutes, and strain. Pour into cup and add one heaping spoonful of Honey. Contains: Rosehips, Raspberry Leaf, Mint, Chamomile, Nettle, and Birch Bark.
